Our process begins by classifying each shirt using a tag system. Before cleaning, we remove collar stays, and then meticulously inspect each shirt for any soiled collars or cuffs. For shirts with particularly stubborn stains, we pre-treat them to effectively remove dirt and body oils.

To further enhance the longevity and cleanliness of your shirts, we separate them according to color before cleaning. We employ a special commercial detergent and degreaser that is precisely calibrated to ensure the pH levels of the soaps are just right. This attention to detail is crucial for achieving a spotless and vibrant result.

After the cleaning process, we move on to the pressing phase. Starting with the collar and cuffs, we carefully press each shirt. Then, we utilize state-of-the-art, high-tech shirt pressing machines that focus on the body and arms of the shirt, ensuring a perfectly pressed appearance.

To maintain a crisp and well-shaped collar that sits perfectly on the neck, each shirt is placed on a shirt collar former. During this step, we also re-install or replace collar stays as needed. As a final step, we meticulously inspect the buttons and replace any that require it.
